outside of Texas, we are not required to collect sales tax on your

take back any Stock Item for any reason within 30 days of

Merchandise:
Any item that is or becomes defective within during it's warranty
period will be replaced or repaired by the MANUFACTURER. The item must
be shipped in all original packaging and a Return Authorization number
(RA#) must be obtained. The first step is to call our repair department
at 800 880-0883 for instructions. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to MANUFACTURER or High Energy Lighting for repair. |
| Warranty & Returns : STAGE APE (LED Fixtures) 1 Year Defect Warranty (30 Day Return Policy) Any Other Stage Ape, SpeakerMax, or Monster Truss products 6 Month Defect warranty (30 day Return Policy) Demo Stock 30 Day Defect Warranty (15 Day Return Policy) (Any) and (All) manufactures other than those listed above: (30 Day Defect warranty (In House) (30 Day Return Policy) Defect Warranty for brands other than Stage Ape, Monster Truss and SpeakerMax: After (30 Days) the Defect Warranty transfers to the manufacturer of that specific product and the customer must contact that manufacturer to obtain an RMA # as per the manufacturers individual Warranty & Return policies. All returned items require a Return Authorization number (RA#) before the item may be shipped to us. A Return Authorization number can be obtained by calling our customer service department at 1-281 880-9922. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if new, and a 30% restocking charge if used or not in new condition (including manufacturers boxes). All returns must be accompanied with the original box and packaging as well as all cables, instruction manuals and warranty registration cards. Upon receiving the returned item, a store credit will be issued to your account. Any items received without a Return Authorization will be refused by our receiving department. All items must be double-boxed to ensure that we receive the item in good condition. Items that can not be returned include music, software, light bulbs, and all fluids. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to MANUFACTURER or High Energy Lighting for repair. |

High Energy Lighting offers the following limited warranty to the original purchaser of High Energy Lighting products within the period covered. High Energy Lighting warrants each new stageape led fixture against defects in material and or workmanship for a period of 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase. High Energy Lighting warrants all other stageape,speakermax,and monstertruss products against defects in material and or workmanship for a period of 6 months, beginning on the date of purchase,(Bulbs Have No Warranty). High Energy Lighting warrants each individual manufacturer other than those listed above against defects in material and or workmanship for a period of 30 day's, beginning on the date of purchase. After 30 days the individual manufacturers warranty takes effect and they should be contacted for any warranty issues. Should a defect occur, High Energy Lighting agrees to repair defective units or parts with new or factory rebuilt materials without charge for either parts or labor. Replacement units or parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. IMPORTANT. This warranty does not cover installation or damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, or any product which has been opened, altered or tampered with in any way. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to MANUFACTURER or High Energy Lighting for repair. This warranty does not apply to bulbs, music, software, fuses, triacs, relays, cleaning or adjustments, elimination of static or other electrical or magnetic interferences or the labor cost of removal or installation. Under no circumstances will High Energy Lighting be liable for any expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of this product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. |
